Insurance Requirements:

Blanket Liability Insurance for all vehicles owned or associated with the business in amounts not less than:

  • $25,000 bodily injury per person per accident
  • $50,000 combined bodily injury per accident
  • $25,000 property damage per accident or combined single limit of $75,000 per accident
Bond Requirements:

$50,000 continuous bond

Notes:

All dealers are required to become designated agents of the department.

  • Copies of driver's licenses for all representatives
  • Proof that the business is receiving power
  • Proof of business

Registration Renewal

Agency Fee:

$125 + $5 fee for each additional location

Due:

Licenses expire on September 30 and must be renewed by October 1.
