  2. Complete the correct Exam Sponsorship application.
  3. All applications require a $25 Sponsorship Fee. This fee is only payable by check or money order.
  4. Mail the application and sponsorship fee to:

  5. Once the application and sponsorship fee has been received you will be contacted by our Licensing Specialist via mail regarding scheduling the exam indicated on the application. If there any questions or concerns regarding your application you will be contacted via email.

Allen County Non-Sanitary Fire Suppression Registration

Qualifying Individual must hold a Allen County Non-Sanitary Piping Supervisor License and be in the exclusive full-time employment of the company seeking to be registered.

  1. Email the Department to request a Fire Suppression Registration Application and a Fire Suppression Superintendent Registration Application.
  2. Complete the forms and email the forms and any other required information in a single pdf to amanda.woenker@co.allen.in.us
  3. Once approved, mail the applications with fees to the Building Department.
  4. Attend a virtual meeting to finalize registration.
