City of Jamestown Contractors' License Application

Insurance Requirements:	Electrical, Plumbing, & Gas Fitting Contractors must have liability insurance in amounts not less than $100,000 per person, $300,000 per occurrence bodily injury, and $50,000 property damage.
Bond Requirements:	$10,000 license surety bond (building, electrical, plumbing, gas fitter) The bond must be made out in favor of the City of Jamestown to expire December 31 of the license year or beyond. The signature of the principal and the attorney-in-fact must be notarized
Registered Agent (Special Agency) Required?	No
Qualifying Individual Requirements:	A Building Contractor, Master Electrician, Master Plumber, Journeyman Plumber, or Journeyman Electrician must hold a current and valid North Dakota state license to qualify the business to have a license in Jamestown for the trade being applied.
