Insurance Requirements:	Liability Insurance in amounts not less than: Bodily Injury $100,000 per occurrence Property Damage $50,000 per occurrence Bodily Injury and Property Damage $300,000 aggregate If the applicant's coverage is provided by an insurance carrier using ISO simplified forms then the aggregate limit shall be a minimum of $600,000 The City of University Heights must be the certificate holder Worker's Compensation Insurance
Bond Requirements:	$10,000 surety bond with the Power of Attorney payable to the City. The City must have a signed and sealed/stamped original bond at the Office.
Registered Agent (Special Agency) Required?	No
