  • Companies & Contractors who perform construction, repair services, & installation services must submit a Certificate of Insurance with the Gila River Indian Community listed as additional insured. The name of the certificate should read as:

$150 for non-members, $5 for GRIC enrolled members, $50 for special events

Notes:
  • Those choosing to mail in an application must pay by check or money order.
  • Those choosing to email the application will receive payment instructions when it is approved. Once you make the payment, forward the receipt by email to gricbusinesslicense@gric.nsn.us for processing. A copy of the license will be emailed to you and the hard copy will be mailed out.

  • Certificate of Insurance (construction companies, contractors, repair services, or installation services)
  • Environmental Health Services Department permit (food vendors)

Agency Fee:

$150 for non-members, $5 for GRIC enrolled members, $50 for special events

Turnaround:

7-10 Business Days

Due:

Annually by date of issuance

Notes:
  • Those choosing to mail in an application must pay by check or money order.
  • Those choosing to email the application will receive payment instructions when it is approved. Once you make the payment, forward the receipt by email to gricbusinesslicense@gric.nsn.us for processing. A copy of the license will be emailed to you and the hard copy will be mailed out.
  • Renewal notices will be mailed out 2 months before the month of expiration.
