Financial Requirements:

A net worth of 25% of the amount of license you are applying for must be established through the financial statement. 

Insurance Requirements:

General Contractors must maintain Colorado Worker's Compensation Insurance

Notes:

Contractor Licenses are issued through the Mesa County Building Department but are only valid for the City of Grand Junction.

Consumer Reports (if applying as an individual or partnership)

Worker's Compensation Insurance, if applicable

Notes:

Renewal notices and instructions are mailed out at the beginning of January.
