Agency Fee:	$212 (CAD) regular; $312 (CAD) expedited (includes $12 Royal Gazette publication fee)
Notes:	An attorney for service (registered agent equivalent) with a New Brunswick address is required. A New Brunswick NUANS name search and reservation is required prior to filing (valid 90 days). Must register within 30 days of first carrying on business in New Brunswick. Regular processing: 10 business days. Expedited (2 business days): additional $100 fee.
Required Attachments:	Form 25 – Appointment of Attorney for Service Form 25.1 – Consent to Act as Attorney for Service Copy of home jurisdiction incorporation documents New Brunswick NUANS name search report (less than 90 days old)
Certified Copy Requirement:	Certified copies not required.
Certificate of Good Standing Requirement:	Certificate of Good Standing is not required.
