Class B Contractors are authorized to build commercial and residential construction of types II, IV, or V construction. Buildings may not be any taller than 3 stories. Excludes the construction of educational, institutional, or hazardous occupancies. Contractor must carry the equivalent license in another Colorado Jurisdiction.
