Town of Vail Type A Contractor Registration

Insurance Requirements:
  • Commercial General Liability Insurance in amounts not less than a single limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 general aggregate, applicable to all premises and operations, and shall include coverage for bodily injury, broad form property damage, personal injury (including coverage for contractual and employee acts), blanket contractual, products, and completed operations.
  • Workers' Compensation Insurance as required by State law

Qualifying Individual Requirements:

The qualifying individual must possess the relevant certifications/licenses for the classification of license the company is practicing. Should the qualifying individual leave, the company has 90 days to appoint a new qualifying individual.
