Due: | Between the 9th and 10th years following the initial registration date and every 10 years thereafter. If you initially registered on March 12, 2022, your section 8 and 9 combined filing should be made between March 12, 2031 and March 13, 2032. |
Supplemental Reporting

Agency Fee: | $225 per class. If you plan to file Combined §8 and §15 declarations, the fee is $425 per class. |
Due: | Between the 5th and 6th years after the initial registration date. If you initially registered on March 12, 2022, your section 8 declaration filing should be made between March 12, 2027 and March 12, 2028. |
Notes: | Trademark holders may also choose to file a Section 15 declaration of incontestability in conjunction with the section 8 filing. This optional filing can be made if the mark has been in continuous use in commerce for a period of 5 years after the date of registration, or date of publication under § 12(c), and the mark is still in use in commerce. |
