Registration of an Extra-Territorial Corporation

Instructions:	Register: extra-territorial business corporation
Filing Method:	Mail, fax (867-393-6251), email (corporateaffairs@yukon.ca), or in-person. Name reservation only available online at YCOR.
Agency Fee:	$300 (CAD)
Notes:	An attorney for service with a Yukon delivery address is required (registered agent equivalent). Name reservation is a mandatory prerequisite (valid 90 days; $60 by mail/in-person or $40 online via YCOR). Processing time: up to 10 business days. Expedited same-day service: additional $100 (regular hours) or $500 (after-hours). Federally incorporated corporations are exempt from extra-territorial registration in Yukon.
Required Attachments:	Form 27 - Appointment of Attorney for Service and Alternative Attorney Certificate of status or compliance from home jurisdiction (not more than 2 months old) Copy of certificate of incorporation, amalgamation, or continuance from home jurisdiction Name reservation certificate
Certified Copy Requirement:	Certified copies not required.
Certificate of Good Standing Requirement:	Certificate of Good Standing is required. Must be dated no more than 2 months prior to submission.
