Agency Fee:	$250 license fee
Due:	Licenses expire annually on December 31. Renewals can be submitted beginning October 1.
Notes:	A renewal email will be sent each year on October 1 letting licensees know that the renewal portal is active. The link to the portal will be in the email.
Required Attachments:	Surety Bond Certificate of Automobile Insurance Worker's Compensation Insurance Proof of 4 hours of continuing education that occurred in the previous year of licensure (this requirement begins January 1, 2026).
