  • $500,000 per occurrence for Commercial Specialty Contractor Level 2 and Commercial Developer
Bond Requirements:

Bond amounts depend on license classification:

  • $80,000 for Commercial General Contractor Level 1
  • $55,000 for Commercial Specialty Contractor Level 1
  • $25,000 for all other classifications

This means if the entity is only bidding, they do not need the BIN. If they bid and are contracted for a job, they must get a BIN.
