  • An exception may be granted for an individual who applies for a license pursuant to title 36, chapter 4, article 10 or chapter 28.1, an agency shall waive any fee charged for an initial license for any individual applicant whose family income does not exceed two hundred percent of the federal poverty guidelines if the individual is applying for that specific license in this state for the first time.

Before you Apply:
  • The qualified individual must reside in the same state as the principal business address
  • The qualified individual must take and pass a written exam
  • An authorization of release information form is required for each officer of the firm
  • Licensed dealers who sell new manufactured homes and residential factory-built buildings (regardless of the purchase price) and who do not meet the requirements set forth in Arizona Revised Statutes, Section
    41-4030 (C) are required to have an escrow account with an Arizona escrow/title company pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes, Section 41-4030 (A).
  •  Licensed dealers who have met the requirements set forth in Arizona Revised Statutes, Section 41-4030 (C) and sell new manufactured homes and residential factory-built buildings (regardless of the purchase price)
    are required to have a trust account or an escrow account with an Arizona financial institution. 
  • Licensed dealers or brokers of used manufactured homes, mobile homes and residential factory-built buildings that have a purchase price of $50,000.00 or more are required to have an escrow account with an
    Arizona escrow/title company pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes, Section 41-4030 (A).
  •  Licensed dealers or brokers of used manufactured homes, mobile homes and residential factory-built buildings that have a purchase price of under $50,000.00 are required to have a trust account or an escrow account with an Arizona financial institution or an escrow account.
