Notes: | Waivers for the state-specific trade examinations and experience certification process can be granted for applicants who are licensed in states determined by Nevada to have substantially equivalent requirements. If the endorsing state does not offer an equivalent trade exam, applicants will be required to pass the state-specific exam. See the State License Equivalency Chart to determine eligibility. The qualifying individual will still be required to pass the Nevada Business and Law examination. All exams must be passed within 6 months of the application receipt date. |
