Charitable gaming refers to bingos, raffles, and a variety of other games of chance being conducted for charitable purposes. This guide contains information about charitable gaming in Delaware.

Delaware Bingo Permit

Age Restrictions:

Prize Limits:

The maximum prize for a single game of bingo cannot exceed $350. The aggregate value of the prizes awarded during a session of bingo cannot exceed $3,000.

Notes:

Slot machines, roulette, craps, and baccarat games are prohibited.
